What Each Drawing Includes
Lease exhibits: Lease area, lease, equipment and generator location, tower elevation and all existing conditions.
Zoning drawings: Zoning map, setbacks, equipment locations, tree planting layouts, radius maps, grading plans, and equipment specifications and elevations as required.
Construction drawings: Site layout, tower elevation, antenna and radio locations, mounting, grounding, and electrical and structural details.
Site modification drawings: Microwave dish, panel antenna, radio, cable and equipment additions and replacements.
Collocations: Site plans showing equipment locations, elevations showing the rad centers of antennas, and detail sheets with equipment mounting and specifications.
Raw land sites: Preliminary site sketches, lease exhibits, permit drawings, zoning drawings and construction drawings.
Rooftops: Lease exhibits, site layout, building elevation, mounting, conduit routing, grounding, and electrical and structural details.
Water tanks: Lease exhibits, elevations, mounting, conduit routing, grounding, and electrical and structural details.
Generator adds: Location within the compound or building, mounting, and electrical and structural details as required.
We work on monopoles, lattice towers, guyed towers, rooftops and water tanks.
