Cad Designers can produce a variety of drawings to meet our clients needs. Our professional design staff produce drawings that meet the highest standards. Our drawings are reviewed by our vigorous QA/QC program to eliminate any costly mistakes.

Site Sketch - Our standard Site Sketch includes the location of all equipment pads, shelters, ice bridge/cable tray locations, tower location, and any other incidental equipment that is located within the compound. We also provied site sketches for raw land sites that include setbacks, proposed tower and lease area location.

Lease Exhibit - Lease Exhibits include all the information provided in the Site Sketch plus the lease area and utility easements.

Zoning/Permit Drawings - Our Zoning/Permit Drawings incorporate all information necessary to meet local jurisdictional requirements. Our staff shall research and include all information required in order to receive your permit in a timely manner.

Construction Drawings - Construction Drawings are first designed using approved client standards. The drawings are then refined to meet any zoning/permitting requirements, site conditions, and utility requests. All Construction Drawings are reviewed by our vigorous QA/QC program to eliminate any costly mistakes.

As-built - As-Built Drawings are produced from either contractor approved red line drawings or a final field audit. In either case, Cad Designers staff can produce accurate, quality drawings in a short period of time.
